Currently I am in charge of
international projects at the University of Bordeaux created on the 1st
of January 2014 by the merge of 3 universities from Bordeaux: Bordeaux
1-Science and Technologies, Bordeaux 2- Helth (Bordeaux Segalen) and 4-Law
and Economics (Montesquieu).
Previously, I was in charge
of international cooperation agreements (except Erasmus agreements) and joint
international supervision of doctoral theses (cotutelle) at the International
Relations Office of the University Montesquieu-Bordeaux IV.

Responsabilities:
Verónica works
at the controller department. She is the lead internal auditor. She works
controlling the Las Palmas University accounts, checking the legal processes
and the audit trial. She has the
collaboration of the financial department.
She has been
part-time teacher for 9 years at the university business administration
department, teaching enterprise organization and financial accounting.

Department of Road Engineering

Responsibilities:
Project management in
the Department of Road Engineering, including managing different EU and
internal projects. Counselling departments members, students, doctoral and
exchange students. Helping incoming students to settle in, and finding
solutions to the everyday problems they may have. Communicating with
companies and finding internships for students, finding possible Erasmus
internships for the incoming exchange students, and helping them with
paperwork.

Responsibilities:
Audrey is in charge of the recruitment logistics for
Assistants Professors and Professors for the Environment and Human Sciences
Faculty (UFR SHE).
She must build and develop relationships with teachers and
technical staff of foreign universities.
She also organizes for the Faculty, events (graduation,
etc) for academic staff, students and the outside world.

tools : flyers, leaflets, website, dynamic display.

Gehrlein
Technische

Assistance
for Erasmus Staff Mobility

Responsibilities:
Nanna is the main contact for the Erasmus programme for
outgoing staff at TUM. She is responsible for processing the applications for
academic and non-academic staff mobility, for the concerning Erasmus
bilateral agreements and for document management. Furthermore, for the
coordination of TUM International Week.

Previously, Nanna was in charge of the
processing of the Erasmus programme for outgoing students.

Ivana Herglova, Erasmus Incoming, European Office, Charles University in Prague
Responsibilities:
Ivana Herglova is
the main contact for Erasmus incoming students (both those coming for Erasmus
study stays and Erasmus practical placements) at Charles University in Prague
(CZ PRAHA07). She has been in charge of admission of the students (in
cooperation with the faculties of Charles University), housing of the students,
and providing the various information service for the incomings since 2007.
Aside of this, she helps to coordinate several extracurricular activites for
the Erasmus students at Charles University, mainly in cooperation with the
Erasmus Club and the Press Department of Charles University.

Lassi Kekkonen
Financial
coordinator

Responsibilities:
Lassi is the team
leader for the six-person finance team at University of Helsinki. He is
responsible for the Faculty of Social Sciences which contains as 200 projects
at the moment. Our project sponsors and partners are EU, foundations,
ministries and other universities.

Betra Leesment
Student counsellor in
dean´s office/Erasmus coordinator in the Faculty of Civil Engineering

Responsibilities:
Counselling the TUT
students and the exchange students, dealing with everyday matters concerning
organization of studies, organising briefings for the faculty exchange
students and finding solutions for their everyday problems, communication
with other Erasmus partner-universities, verifying study contracts,
counselling TUT students when they are choosing their exchange
universities, member of the Erasmus scholarship committee.
